I'm curious, is there a setting somewhere that is contributing to the obscene number of female offspring during the breeding process? And probably the spawning of new dinos as well. We are seeing a highly disproportionate number of female to male offspring. Each mating we attempt, the offspring is overwhelmingly female, and we've only successfully bred a small handful of males, and have unclaimed or let die an untold dearth of females. Are we doing something wrong, missing some essential part of the breeding process that determines the gender of offspring? Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.

I think the female dino has to be on top for a better male %.

o snap
Anyway, I'm not familiar with any setting in ARK which influences the M:F ratio in spawns or breeding. So far as I know it's all RNG, and I guess you're just not rolling many natty 20s.

Yep, all RNG. we're usually going for females for eggs and end up with males. most of our rexes are hatched male.

I had carno triplets, all three were male. Luck of the draw is my best guess.
