Thank you for reporting this, the drop mod is not supposed to change drop locations. They are supposed to be fixed.
We do not want to stop people from getting drops, but its not fair if the drop location moves.
I will contact the mod author again, and do some research on this.

drops don't move from the mod, they do however, do NOT spawn if someone is online in the area. So you'll likely never see it at your home base when you're there unless it's already fallen when you log in. I'm less concerned about green drops than purple and up. I think it'd be okay to ignore it.

Me and Khyddin found one at a dudes base at the co-ords in this attached image.
Not only was it in some guys base, but it was under the ground with a ton of his dino's around it too and it was mega hard to reach. We had to wiggle our way through and move around and you could only access it in this weird spot.

I broke out a couple of foundations and any crates that drop into our house should be retrievable now. Front door is unlocked.
