Mod Suggestion: No collision Structures.

I figured this was a frill mod. With the recent change to tighten rules on where foundations can be placed, however, I'd really like to see this mod. Building is becoming ridiculous with foundations that are fine saying "You can't place structures here" it's near impossible to cover any amount of land over four wide with foundations now. Add to that the ability to build fences right into cliffs and hills, thus saving structures/lag, I expect it would be helpful all around

Edit: The pointless tightening of foundation rules has also affected this mod... hopefully they can find a way around it... i don't know why they made the rules tighter in the first place... mostly to encourage 6x6x2 box base building i guess lol. All must serve PvP! Bases out in the open, must be perfectly rectangular, regulation raid defense, regulation shape lol.
