Small, now abandoned, base building accident

Hey there guys, I got my fiance, Ark name Misky, to join me on the server. I created a tribe and had her join it, in the process, a small base she had built previously to joining my tribe became inaccessible to her. It's a tiny thatch hut next to a small slender wooden base, both being hers. It's at roughly at (80, 12) nearby the beach, we tried to find a way for her to be able to tear it down, but we weren't successful.
