Hi guys, Plastic here. Long time no see.

Recently, you guys wiped and changed the map for the server, and now I am unable to connect getting the fatal Assertion error crash.

I haven't been able to find out exactly what causes this, and from what I can see on the official forums, the dev's don't either.

Anyone have any information that might get me playing again?

could try the sledgehammer approach and uninstall ark and delete the ark folder leftovers from steam. download ark again, download all the mods we use from the mod section, make sure you've downloaded "the center" DLC (not the old mod).

attica: Ty 7Cav! Good to know. Having the old 'make sure server is running latest versions of mods' mismatch and AB's address shows as 'not responding' in steam! I'm going to have to play a solo game at this rate, just to soothe the withdrawal!
