Help please.

Yeah, I was on before the wipe and played a bit after but got bored its been quite a while since I've been on. Anyway, I have verified the game cache, that didn't work, and I deleted all of the mods they are reinstalling and maybe the reinstalled mods will not have the same problem.

I'm really at a loss for what to do. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall the entire game cause that will take hours with my internet.
