Reckless training near bases could become a major issue. I recently had someone pull a rex to my base and i died not knowing what was happening. I now have little shacks near me and dino's named base guard and stuff running around my base. I have a training raft so i dont bother anyone wile i train. i do this out of respect for others but if its ok to train dino's to ppl then i guess i could play that way i just thought that this server was different and i understand that some ppl dont understand so hopefully this wont get worse. What do you mean by training? Other people's dinos shouldn't be outside their base walls when they're offline usually.

Well iam done crying have a great day everyone Hi Slow, Not sure if I understand what occurred here. Do yu mean to say that someone was taming a rex outside your base? If so, then that;s simply the nature of ARK. People go to tame a dino and it can run any number of directions so they can't really decide where the dinos fall unconscious. Very few dinos can but tamed using only a raft. While most people use "taming Pens" to protect the dino while taming. They should not be leaving tamed dinos inside your base, nor should they be purposely "kiting" dinos INTO your base. Also, do you recall who was doing the taming? I'd like to understand what's going on here and hear the other side of the story. |

Yeah see, my interpretation of her post was that apparently someone was fighting a Rex and led it into her base.
However, I have to say sometimes ACCIDENTS happen. One time I wa fighting an Alpha Rex and I accidentally led it into my tribemate base. I was not aware his base was there (he's on the beach, and there's clumps of trees above it). He had metal spikes up but the Alpha Rex hopped the spikes and got into his base.
Needless to say, I freaked out. No one died but my point is, accidental training of a mob can happen. Especially if the person in question was trying not to die.

my raft is a taming pen i trap them and then tame and i know there are also taming pens on land but if your trying to tame in the open u run the risk of running into other players and axidents do happen it just seemed like this was happening more than once and i lost some tames due to them defending me. it just seemed weird that when ever i would see this one player i would get attacked ( it could be a random spawn ) but when it starts to be a regular thing then i say wait a minute. i beleave the problem has been resolved so all is good at this time thanks for the fast responce by staff
