Hey there, we are the Killerhamster(s) (no s in germany for more then 1 hamster ^^) and we are from germany. 
We are atm 4 ppl that know each other for 2 - 15 years and we are all older than 25. We have a basic knowledge of the english language but thats about it, if you come at us with some fancy talking on the server we might not understand you quite correctly ^^
Our members are:

We have no leader, more like a collective that likes to build great and cool stuff, hates big walls around bases and loves to trade with other tribes
We also have our own payment-system where we e.g. sell a freshly bread or tamed quetzal lvl 150 for maybe 4 hours of farming. for that we give our quetz and anky (if they dont have themselves) temporarily to 2 ppl of the buying tribe and they farm metal/crystal for us with those animals. not 4hrs straight ofc, we accept good words and promises xD. it is all negotiable of course, just an example
Well, we searched some time for a server with just your settings, no gamebreaking mods, no ultra-easy-mode and no hidden boosts. Glad to have found you!
We also like what we have seen so far, very nice bases and styles of building, we always like to see that on a pve-server
We hope to get to know you on the server, maybe trade with you and/or help each other and have a nice time
