I had never tried this before, so got a bit of a chuckle when I fit not 1 but 2 newly-tamed Spinos on the back of my transport Quetzal! I wanted to share this with any newish players that may not have discovered this for themselves. The weight of the Spinos is added to the total weight - so we were close to encumbered - but as their inventory weight is not, I just moved all taming gear from Quetzal and into Spinos, and we were airborn! I landed on my new Ecotrees Platform for Sap - and found a Dodo! How does a flightless bird get up here? And later... There's 8 dinos in this picture and I couldn't capture the rest! Non of which can fly... I do hope Dodo cleaned up after his party!!

Recently had an Allosaurus taming experience on M00reJ0hn's boat, which MJ0hn claimed 'wasn't all that hard' when I claimed it was . . MJ asked on global chat if anyone wanted some easy tamed Allos, we talked (typed?) details regarding 1 M and 2 F. MJ had to wait a small eternity while I traversed the map on my bestest only ptera. Thinned out the herd while waiting. Arrived, started the tame thing. My crossbow broke! Got to borrow MJ's. Male Allo down. I ran out of arrows! MJ had to do the rest, gaining the honor of taming both Fems, to hand over 1 later. The thing I did do right was bring plenty of Narcos. Prime Meat hunting time! I returned, but with a wild pack of allos following me, that jumped into the boat and started chomping!! Wildly sent global help message while dying. Ptera followed my style a minute later. RIP Pteran MJ sorted it out, saved death caches, no taming affinity damage, then had to wait an eternity for me to return from other side of map with my bestest lvl 35 Tapa .. Moved boat. All peaceful again, I died (by choice this time) to retrieve my own raft from base. The slightly-less-long way was sailing passed the Snow Biome .. with Cloth armour (3 pieces), food and a firepit beside me I took off, reasoning that when I died I could respawn on raft a few times to continue journey! Nighttime, blizzard. Of course. Fortitude +17 turns out to be useful, I sailed safely to MJ's boat. Chatting about boat design, I'm standing on ramp. A bright orange Megalodon attacked! Well-cross now, I jumped onto the ocean and Pike-attacked back! More Prime Meat hunting for MJ. An Argy flew over and attacked! My newly tamed Male unstuck himself to eat it .. into the ocean, the scary scary ocean .. we swam to shore together. That argy actually provided the last 2 primes needed to finish the tames. Went our separate ways with the right dinos, ever grateful to M00reJ0hn for such patience and sharing of items. This is a True Story. (I think it was above-and-beyond an ordinary tame)

A truly harrowing story of adventure, survival and teamwork. (coming to a theater near you). Love it.
