Hello,
If you think you might require assistance from an admin please post here for all the admins to see.
-If you would rather make the request private please PM all the admins and the next available admin will be happy to address the request.
Admins: Nashiq, Nails, Dewfus, Dinodave, LordFail.
A few things to consider:
-If a dino is stuck:
-Try putting it on follow.
-Try breaking whatever it's stuck on.
-Try picking it up with another dino (or barrow one)
-Try putting the dino on wander and they could unstuck themselves.
-If you're stuck.
-Try breaking whatever you're stuck on.
-Have a tribe member try to pick you up.
-Commit suicide and recover your body.
-To avoid tribe ownership issues:
-If solo, form a tribe ASAP. (Admins cannot force-join tribes with zero members)
-Be sure your dinos have been Unclaimed BEFORE you quit your current tribe and joining a new one.
-If you think a structure might violate the server rules. Please contact the tribe/owner of the structure first.
-Avoid situations where an Admin is your only option.
-Such as taming dinos in caves where you know you can't get them out.
The major take away her should be: Please do you best to resolve the problem first.
This a friendly and helpful community. If another player can help, they almost always do. Admins should be the last point of contact, not the first. We're always happy to help, but it's easier and quicker if we already know what was attempted to resolve the problem.
Please remember, we can't fix everything and we do not replace gear/dinos.
Lastly, please remember just because an admin is logged in or on-line, doesn't mean their always available.
