I know the admins changed the cuddle timers to suit the valentimes event speed boosts. Earlier today, I got several of my rexes to the max imprint available for them, 97%, with approximately +16% increase per imprint, and a cooldown timer of either 45 or 60 minutes.

Later on tonight, I've found that my Rexes are only getting +13% increases per imprint, for a potential maximum of 91%. I have some rexes that were imprinted before and after this change, and so the imprint numbers are mathematically off.

Some imprint percentages I have had simultaneously:

65%
62%
53%
58%
75%
87%
81%
91%
97%

On top of that, the cuddle timers have apparently changed as well, to only 40 minute intervals. I don't know if this is enough to get to a full 100% imprint, as I am terrible at math. I know the imprints aren't whole numbers, and get rounded up, but the disparity in percentage is too big to be the normal rounding upward.

Did the imprint/cuddle settings get changed by an update? Or did an admin change them to their current state?

EDIT: I managed to reach 100% imprint with a rex under this new change

there's an ark vday event in the patch, which sped up everything. we attempted to adjust the cuddle timers to help get closer to 100% but theres not much we can do. you get babies faster, but you'll be less likely to hit 100 thanks to the event.

nothing more we can really do about it. once it's over things will go back to normal.

I'm aware of that, what I'm saying is that the timer/imprint numbers got changed within the past few hours, after you guys changed it to adjust for the valentines day event. Was that an intentional fix to allow for 100% imprinting, or did the settings get shifted by the official update somehow?

After the event it will be increased back to .5.
