Hello! I've been with this server for quite a while now, through several map moves and mannnnnnny changes. I'd like permission to build and run a small Library in a starting zone, both for new Survivors to come get Blue Prints they might need and fully-stocked players to drop off any excess. It seems smart to have a central collection area, as many players have extras they offer in chat sometimes or have storage boxes outside their base which other players might not be aware of. As I'm 'going lite' this time (and not taming every Dino) it would be fun for me to do as well, collect up and collate the bps. I'm thinking a 3x3 foundation, little 1x3 room with bookshelves, high metal walls all around and parking space in between. That's all. All will be unlocked for everyone to help themselves, and even if everything gets taken, there are always more celestial drops and more loot crates ... If you're like me and hate even for digital things to go to waste - except compass and jar blue prints - then my Library idea should work. Purely volunteer give-aways of course. You want to sell your Mastercraft Rifle bp, go ahead! Thank You! P.S. NO Compass or Jar bps please!  Attica |

The Library - is Open!79.1, 35.8 on the isthmus (pointy bit of land) of The Footpaw, Starting Zone Look for a small metal building painted green and pink. Dino gate for safe parking, flyer space and trapdoor on top. Bookshelves named with various categories, 2 boxes for donation saddles and starting equipment. Feel free to browse, take what you need or leave behind blueprints you no longer want. Everything is unlocked and available all the time. I can collect any spare bps from Survivors if too busy to get down south, just ask for Attica in game! I'll be checking on Library every few days in case of excess compass bps etc.  Happy Browsing! Help yourselves to new bps, drop off ones that are no longer your best. Some good basic level gear available too.

Thank you, Attica ASC Giga BP came from me, we don't have any gigas's, but we have a great ASC BP already. As a player, I'll be sure to donate all our extras in there (been getting great stuff from fishing trips). Admins will be donating to this library to help expand it. Attica has volunteered to help construct the expansion. To me, this is more worthwhile then the server ind. forge on the volcano. Especially since the S+ ind. forges are on the backs of quetzels now.  |

How exactly would new players access this?
This is a wonderful idea, but newbies can spawn all over the place. How would a brand new player know to even look there, never mind getting there?

it's near South 2, but you're right noobs wouldn't know. I try to inform them when I see one, but really there's more in there for vets and noobs. I put about 6 MC/ASC saddles in there and will continue to add the more I fish.
