If you are receiving this email then you have a service with us on one of the following NYC, New York data-center machines:
grimlock
hoist
gearbolt
breakshift
muzzle
Our current vendor in New York cannot provide the same quality hardware that we have in our other USA locations and therefore we must migrate to a new vendor / data-center. This migration is essential to up-hold our quality service standard and ensure that every customer experiences the best performance on the best premium dedicated hardware available. We must perform a migration for every active customer with services in New York and we plan to do this within the next 24-48 hours for the machines listed above.
This migration will retain your game data and you should not lose any server data such as config files, world saves or any other custom content as we will be migrating all of your data over to brand new 1650v4 machines in the new data-center in NYC, New York with all SSD drives and 64GB DDR4 ECC memory.
Once your service is back online you will notice that you will have been assigned to a new IP address and possibly a new Port. You can see your new IP address and/or port in your client dashboard located at www.bluefangsolutions.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=overseer-panel-services-summary by logging into the BFS website. New third party FTP login credentials will be assigned as well and this will be shown in the FTP Information box on the dashboard.
