I've been trying for a week and my game seems to be crashing a lot. The error I get is my "graphics driver crashed and was reset. Update drivers may solve this problem. Exiting." My graphics drivers have been updated and still the problem exists. Right now, whenever I log in, I automatically crash. It seems to be this server for me. I checked other servers to test it and no problems with other servers. Please let me know if someone can help. Thanks.

I'm using Radeon HD 7800 Series. Just found another update that is optional. Going to try that out.

I've had it occur on multiple ARK servers. All I've ever done is check my settings, ensure that I'm updated and the game cache verified, reboot and it's good. But my video card is nearly 5 years old and a 570 NIVDA. I'm no IT guru but the video card crashing seems that it would be a local issue and not related to the server in the slightest (the game yes, not the server). Can our IT pros shed some light on this? |

i had the same issue with my radeon card, are you running windows 10?was it an upgrade? if you are there seems to be a conflict between the drivers and the whole package that causes your computer to crash when running aah, i had that issue in february, i unistall all of the dirvers, software. then try to install the newest version of the driver, that kind of solve my problem but once i reinstall windows all the problems with video crashing were gone.

I have updated, and it instantly crashed. I have verified yesterday. I think it may have to do with one of the mods. I guess I'll try uninstalling the mods and reinstalling.

Possible, but unlikely with any of ours mods that I'm aware of. I know I had crashes with eco terrariums when we had them on the center. If someone placed one nearby I'd crash when I logged in. Perhaps have someone move your body somewhere else so you can try to log in? |

I left my 80-something Survivor on Ragnarok, can we transfer our toons to AB or just start afresh? Very Happy to be Baaack!
