I have run into some issues I never thought of until I actually got building...
Currently, there is no way to remove walls/ceilings/what have you that are high above you (you can place, but can't remove) unless you destroy the whole string or everything below it. Sometimes walls place backwards, or slightly off, or simply not where the green outline says it's going to place for whatever reason. Needless to say, this can get pretty frustrating.
Is there a way we could bring back the demo gun and just have the demolish option with no pick up? This way we don't have to blow up entire sections to fix just one misaligned or incorrectly placed wall.

Haha. Yes! That option doesn't seem to be in S+ currently, unless some options I'll mention below work together in a particular way but it would be darn nice. If my idea below doesn't work, that's a suggestion for the author for servers that have pick-up turned off! Eventually you can break out the quetz and do it manually, but the gun ALREADY DOES IT and just needs to be configured right. There's RestrictDemoGunPickup=true/false to only let you pick up things that can be picked up. What I don't know, is if s+ structures, with pick-up turned off, count as "can't be picked up." We'll have to check by enabling the demo gun as a test or something. This is a great idea. I was actually thinking of just using S+ 4 high walls this time around, to prevent massive misalignment. Although putting up ceilings will still be an exercise in patience...at least I have a tapejara!

Disable structure pick-up and enable the demo gun. With structure pick up turned off I'd imagine it would still allow the destruction option via left click. Good idea Carrie, thanks!

So I spawned in a Demo Gun and tested this myself. I used both S+ and vanilla structures. It did not allow me to pick up anything and still allowed me to destroy (after right-clicking) anything I wanted, within the range of course. Demo Gun will be reenabled next restart. Thanks again Carrie.
